This limited sponsorship opportunity allows you to create a custom interactive brand experience for attendees. As teams move through the course, while waiting for their turn you will be able to interact with all attendees, network, share about your company, and create a memorable, positive brand association for attendees.

The events team and the Caledon Woods team will work with you on your activation to make sure it is unique and well received. Any food and beverage will include an extra fee through the venue. The venue also offers F&B experiences and will provide a staff person to work the booth and asist in service. All the alcoholic products must be served by the Caledon Woods staff. All food service must be served by an individual with proof of their food handlers certification.
