In over 10 years in Franchising at Pizza Pizza, Meaghan has held a few roles, from franchise development coordinator, franchising manager, and currently as Director of Franchising. She led the departments’ adoption of technology to streamline processes and more easily handle the large volume of transactions they manage every year with almost 800 locations. Meaghan leads candidate recruitment, franchise documentation, franchise related legal and financing, and most recently the franchising side of International expansion with the Pizza Pizza team. Her favourite part of the job is watching franchisees flourish personally and financially in the system, and hearing success stories from long tenured franchisees.
