In over 13 years in Franchising at Pizza Pizza, Meaghan has held a few roles, from franchise development coordinator, franchising manager, and currently as Director of Franchising. She’s played a key role in the departments’ adoption of technology to streamline processes and more easily handle the large volume of transactions they manage every year with over 800 locations. Meaghan leads candidate recruitment, franchise documentation, franchise related legal, and financing. Her favourite part of her job is watching franchisees flourish personally and financially in the system, and hearing success stories from long tenured franchisees.
