Danielle leads the MLT Aikins innovation, data & technology practice. She regularly provides advice in connection with transactions involving technology, including licensing and technology transfers, outsourcing arrangements and related procurement projects as well as joint ventures, collaborative arrangements and mergers and acquisition deals.
Danielle’s practice focuses on technology, data and commercialization and the health-care and agriculture and food sectors. She provides assistance to a diverse client base, from small businesses to large public and private corporations. Her experience includes assisting clients with outsourcing arrangements and procurement of information technology services and software, advising clients on privacy law interpretation and compliance issues, providing support in the implementation of IT systems and programs, and assisting both the developers and customers of e-commerce and cloud platforms.

Danielle also has experience advising clients on IP strategy as well as drafting and advising clients on licensing, transfer and other commercial arrangements regarding IP. She also regularly provides strategic advice in relation to commercial transactions that include the purchase and sale of IP assets.
