Jen McDonnell is the Vice President of Content & Social Media at Reshift Media, where she manages a team responsible for the social strategies for several national and international brands. She develops, implements, and optimizes both paid and organic social media initiatives for a wide variety of clients and industries, and is responsible for substantial marketing budgets. In 2023, she was named one of PR Daily's Top Women in Marketing. She has a strong content background, having previously worked in online journalism for 10 years, including as the Managing Editor and Director of Dose, which she helped transition from a print publication to an online property. She has had bylines in the National Post, the Ottawa Citizen, the Vancouver Province, the Calgary Herald, Flare, and more.
