• Sunday, February 8th from 10:45 am - 4:00pm

Loading Dock

• Loading Dock location will be updated closer to the show date. 

Exhibitor Load-In

• Friday February 6th, from 11:00am - 5:00pm

Exhibitor Move-Out

• Sunday February 8th, 4:00 pm-7:00 pm

Exhibitor Guidelines

• All exhibitors must officially register and sign in before setting up
• All exhibitors must be set up by 5:00 pm on Friday, February 6th 2026.
• No exhibitors will be permitted to set up during the show hours
• No exhibitor is permitted to dismantle their display before end of show at 4:00 pm Sunday, February 8th
• All materials must be removed from the show floor by 7:00 pm on Sunday, February 8th
• Due to safety regulations, exhibitors are required to wear high visibility vests while moving in

• Your booth will come with an 8-foot backdrop and a side panel of 3 feet. No display shall exceed the height of 8 feet.
• Your display must not impede on your neighboring booth.
• Your exhibitor booth will come with:
  • 1 6-foot skirted table
  • 2 chairs
  • Carpeted flooring

*If you do not want any tables or chairs present at your booth please signify in the comments section of the Exhibitor Form.
