As growing numbers of women enter the franchising industry, they face a unique set of challenges and hold enormous potential. To help you navigate these concerns, the CFA is now offering a series of roundtable events for women in franchising.

These roundtables offer the opportunity for women in the franchise space—franchisors, franchisees, suppliers, and aspiring entrepreneurs—to learn from each other and tackle pressing topics for women in business. These small, facilitated discussion groups will create a safe, private, and trust-filled environment in which to discuss a range of topics related to women in franchising, from work/life balance to networking to the challenges of COVID-19.

Our goal is to help create mutually beneficial, personal relationships between women in franchising, so you can gain insight into shared business challenges and form a strong networked community.

All Roundtables for Women in Franchising are FREE for members of
the Canadian Franchise Association.

Visit the Upcoming Roundtables Page for further details on each session!
