With one booth can I hire recruit for multiple roles?

Yes! You can recruit for as many roles as you would like and post job opportunities in internships, part-time, full-time and/or other roles.

 

Is this for internships only?

No. To help our members overcome the labour shortage we have created the CFA Franchise Career Day where you can recruit for interns (free and/or paid) from 10am-12pm ET and employees (part-time, full-time) from 1:00-3pm ET.

 

Will it only be Humber College and The University of Guelph-Humber students attending?

No, this is open to the public to attend as well to help our members find the talent that they need. However, we have worked with Humber College and The University of Guelph-Humber to get their students to attend our Franchise Career Day who are looking for internships within their fields.

 

What do I need to provide as a booth operator?

  • At least one company representative to be available to talk to attendees from your virtual booth or breakout room 
  • The job titles and descriptions you are hiring for (unpaid internships must be CLEARLY stated)
  • Company name, logo, information and links to put on your booth page
