To scale a business successfully, it takes an entire team, which is why the CFA' s National Convention is open for anyone in franchising.
The CFA has designed this year's program to include opportunities for everyone in your team to grow and connect with their peers. We're excited to offer a team registration package to facilitate this process, and welcome both CFA members and non-members.
We would love to have you for the full event so that you can fully experience what CFA has to offer. We do understand that may not be possible, which is why we offer individual day registrations. Be sure to review the agenda and then choose the day or two that you wish to attend when registering.
- Full Registration (Individual/Group Rate) will give you full access all three days of sessions*, the Recognition Awards Luncheon, the Awards Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner, and the after-party. *Certain focus sessions like the CEO Circle Sessions are exclusive to only Franchise Systems C-suites, Franchisors, Founders & Owners, and pre-registration is required.
- Individual Day Registration will give you access to the sessions*, that day's meals, and networking opportunities on the day that you have paid for. *Certain focus sessions like the CEO Circle Sessions exclusive to franchise system C-suites, franchisors, founders, and owners, and pre-registration is required.
- Marketplace Exhibitors are provided with access to all three days of Convention for two (2) people. This gives full access to the sessions*, the Recognition Awards Luncheon, the Awards Cocktail Reception and Gala Dinner, and the after-party, as well as all meals as part of the Convention. *CEO Circle Sessions are not included as they are exclusive only to franchise systems.

*Note: CFE sessions are open to all Convention attendees; however, the session fee must be paid in order to earn the CFE credits.
Business casual is suitable attire for meetings and the opening reception. Please keep in mind that meeting rooms tend to be cool and you may be more comfortable with a jacket.
For the Gala Awards Cocktail Reception and Dinner, business attire or semi-formal is recommended and for the After-Party, casual attire is suitable.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please indicate that during the registration process. Upon arrival at the hotel, when registering on-site, the staff will give you a dietary card to present to your server before the meal to ensure your server is aware of these requirements.
National Convention 2025 includes keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking events, and a “Marketplace” exhibit hall featuring vendors offering products, services, and networking opportunities related to franchising.
This is a business event with opportunities to learn and network! Be sure to bring business cards, a notepad and pen, comfortable shoes, and appropriate attire for the various events (e.g., business casual for daytime events, and more formal wear for the evening Gala).
This year we will also have a National Convention App to help you network, schedule your day, and provide updates, so bring your smart device as well.
The more the merrier! However, non-registered guests are not permitted to attend the Convention. If you would like to bring a colleague or business partner, they will need to be registered separately.
Yes, meals are provided as part of your registration, including refreshment breaks throughout the day. Sit-down meals will be served during our Recognition Awards Luncheon and Awards Gala Dinner.
