On October 22, 2020 the CFA's Growth and Exit Strategies event went virtual! This special event was intended to address how a franchisor and its shareholders can do the right things now to ensure that they are in the best position to sell themselves to private equity, or go public, now or in the future. It is also designed to create a space to connect directly with private equity from both Canada and the U.S.
