The CFA has designed this year's program to include opportunities for everyone in your team to grow and connect with their peers. We're excited to offer a team registration package to facilitate this process, and welcome both CFA members and non-members.

We would love to have you for the full event so that you can fully experience what CFA has to offer. We do understand that may not be possible which is why we offer Day Registration. Be sure to review the agenda and then choose the day or two that you wish to attend at the registration.

For CFE participants looking to earn credits, the CFA National Convention is the perfect opportunity! When registering, select the sessions you plan to attend and earn credits for. If you have already registered, just sign in to your account and you can add them under the "CFE Program Credits" section. *Note: CFE sessions are open to all Convention attendees; however, the session fee must be paid in order to earn the CFE credits.*
Available credits include:
- Attending the CFA National Convention | 300 Education Credits and 100 Participation Credits. Fee: $350
- FranGuard Session | 300 Education Credits. Fee: $300
- Strategies and Tactics to Improve Franchisee Performance and Profitability Session | 200 Education Credits. Fee: $300
Enjoy a special discounted rate of $500 when registering for any two of the above sessions, or $750 if you select all three.
“Business Casual” is suitable attire for meetings and the opening reception. Please keep in mind that meeting rooms tend to be cool and you may be more comfortable with a jacket.
For the Gala Awards Cocktail & Dinner Reception: business attire or semi-formal is suitable for the Gala Awards Presentation.
For the After-Party: casual attire.
If you have any food allergies or dietary restrictions, please advise the staff at the CFA Registration Desk as soon as possible. CFA will give you a dietary card to present to your server before the meal to ensure your server is aware of these requirements. A limited number of vegetarian meal options are available for delegates who have requested them in advance.

The Canadian Franchise Association National Convention 2023 will be held at the Sheraton Fallsview Hotel in Niagara, Ontario from April 1st-3rd.

The Convention provides an opportunity for franchisors, franchisees, and industry professionals to connect, network, and learn about the latest trends and best practices in franchising.
National Convention 2023 includes keynote speakers, breakout sessions, networking events, and a “Marketplace” exhibit hall featuring vendors offering products, services, and networking opportunities related to franchising.

It's a business event with opportunities to learn and network! Be sure to bring business cards, a notepad and pen, comfortable shoes, and appropriate attire for the various events (e.g., business casual for daytime events, and more formal wear for the evening Gala).
The more the merrier! However, non-registered guests are not permitted to attend the Convention. If you would like to bring a colleague or business partner, they will need to register separately right here.
Yes, there will be coffee and light refreshments available in the morning and during afternoon breaks. Meals will be provided at the Recognition Awards Luncheon on Sunday, April 2nd and at the Gala Awards Dinner on Monday, April 3rd.
