With one booth can I hire recruit for multiple roles?
Yes! You can recruit for as many roles as you would like and post job opportunities in internships, part-time, full-time and/or other roles.
What do I get as a booth operator?
By purchasing a booth for the Virtual Franchise Career Fair, you will have access to:
- Unlimited number of job postings
- The ability for individual franchise locations to have postings and join the virtual event
- Your company logo featured on the event website
- Company name and logo featured in attendee promotional materials
- Complimentary job postings on CFA.ca
- Job postings uploaded to Humber College's career portal
- A copy of all attendees resumes
Is this for internships only?
No. To help our members overcome the labour shortage we have created the Virtual Franchise Career Fair where you can recruit both interns (free and/or paid) employees (part-time, full-time).
Who will be attending the event?
This event is open to all Humber College students, and will have students in a diverse range of industries looking for unpaid co-op term placements, part-time work, and full-time jobs as they near graduation. The variety in types of employment these students are looking for will help out members find the talent they need.

What do I need to provide as a booth operator?
- At least one company representative to be available to talk to attendees from your virtual booth or breakout room
- The job titles and descriptions you are hiring for (unpaid internships must be CLEARLY stated)
- Company name, logo, information, and links to put on your booth page
